1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
To ensure the best prices and high quality for our whiskey smokers and accessories, we ship directly from our international fulfillment centers. We offer the following shipping options worldwide:

• DOMESTIC (NETHERLANDS)
- Free Shipping (7 - 15 business days): FREE for all orders.

• EUROPEAN UNION & UNITED STATES
- Free Shipping (7 - 15 business days): FREE for all orders.

• INTERNATIONAL (REST OF THE WORLD)
- International Shipping (15 - 25 business days): €5.95 for orders from €0.00 to €50.00.
- Free International Shipping (15 - 25 business days): FREE for all orders over €50.00.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally affect delivery dates.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or through international tracking services.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Wood & Whiskey is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, VAT, or customs clearance fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
